Obtaining a particularly complex-shaped component in aluminum, cast iron or steel, whilst keeping the best chemical and mechanical properties of those materials, is a process that can be achieved by casting and molding.

This technology has high cost and production time, that can be both reduced when dealing with only one party. Like us at AA Modelleria. Because we take care of all phases of the prototyping process, from the mold’s design to casting, to the mechanical finishing processes.

We use 3D printers for rapid prototyping of sand molds and cores where the melted materials will be poured. The use of this technology allows us to obtain higher quality products in a shorter time compared to mass production, whilst keeping unaltered all the mechanical and chemical characteristics of the components created through batch production.
